We have several trade testing institutions which are recognized and also certified by the Ministry of Labour for all categories.

VIDEO CONFERENCING
Equipped with the latest video conferencing technology to speed up the interview process where requirements are urgently needed to be processed.

CHAIRMAN'S MESSAGE

After completing twelve (12) years career in the field of Human Resources Consultancy services in Recruitment in Saudi Arabia, thereby acquiring a wealth of knowledge and experience to the working environment, socio economic cultures and working with a multi-national workforce in the Gulf Region coupled with a clear understanding of the requirements of overseas employment, I returned to Sri Lanka in 1992. After having undertaken specific assignments for some prestigious clients in Saudi Arabia for a while, we established the business in 2001 with the objective of providing quality Sri Lankan Manpower to overseas Clients. Since then our continued commitment to serve our clients with efficiency and accountability has been the strength of our existence.

Over the short years, we have gradually earned the trust of quite a number of unique and prestigious companies particularly in Saudi Arabia, proves our invaluable service to our discerning clients. The list of our clients with gradual continuance of growth has paved the way for INTERLINK MANAGEMENT SERVICES (Pvt) Ltd to continue its business in a more refined manner with our commitment to serve you better. With the continued business growth, we have now expanded our activities with the hospitality trade in recent times and have handled fairly a significant number of assignments in many of the countries.

We as a provider of professional recruitment services, clearly understand the end-result of every prospective employer- employee relationship. We also maintain a comprehensive data base of candidates. By this and through a variety of headhunting , sourcing, search engines and with a network of sub agents we are undoubtedly in a position to cater to a Wide range of manpower requirements. Interview and screening are conducted by our qualified and experienced managers who themselves have exposure to the Middle East environment. Trade Tests are carried out at recognized technical institutions. One of our key assets is to conduct in house training for Hospitality and leisure industry in Housekeeping Food & Beverage Services & related disciplines in customer care

professional in the related trade.

■ Trade Tests as applicable.

■ Comprehensive medical check-up by qualified doctors assigned by the
GCC nominated clinics.

■ Briefing candidates of the work environment, rules and regulations and customs of the host country.
